I started my career as a graphic designer at Sunrise Greetings (owned by Hallmark) in 1993 but soon moved into product coordination, team management, and training.
I founded Cairril.com Design in 2001 and have since worked with over 100 clients on countless jobs, assembling teams of up to 15 people from Chicago, North Carolina, Florida, Romania, India, and Russia.
I have shepherded projects from start to finish for a wide variety of industries and know how to work with many personality types. My favorite projects are those with complexity that allow me to collaborate with a variety of talented people to achieve fantastic results.
