Web Smarts II coming in August
Building on the success of our first Web Smarts seminar, we are offering a follow-up session which will focus on “everything you need to know to get your site ranked in search engines.” The session is tentatively scheduled for August 1st at 3pm; we’ll send another announcement to this list when we have details confirmed.

Middleway Food Works
Middleway Food Works is an innovative project created by Middleway House, a battered women’s shelter in Bloomington. Responding to the need for better nutrition for children, MFW teaches shelter residents how to create healthy meals which are in turn provided to area daycare centers. In addition, MFW hopes to offer carry-home “comfort food” suppers for busy parents and to do specialty baking. The goal is to make it easy and affordable to eat well while providing women at the shelter with practical, valuable skills.
