Bloomington, Ind.— Design & Marketing has won an American Graphic Design Award for its 2012 Lotus World Music & Arts Festival identity. Principal Cairril Mills designed and art directed the piece, while Indian fashion designer Harpreet Gill made the illustration.

American Graphic Design Awards have recognized excellence in design for over 40 years. Selected from more than 8,000 entries, winning work represents the best of design studios and ad agencies, large and small, from across the nation.

The winning piece will be featured in the Graphic Design USA Design Annual, a 300-page special edition magazine circulated to more than 100,000 creative and marketing professionals, schools, and organizations. It will also be featured on the Graphic Design USA website and iPad app.
